The Social, Political, Economic, Civil and Cultural (SPECC) is a secure and safe platform for reporting Human Rights violations in Zimbabwe.

Reported incidents help authorities with admissible evidence against perpetrators. They also assist victims in getting support and reducing recurrence.
How to use SPECC?
SPECC is available on Mobile Android, iOS, Web and WhatsApp Chatbot ‘Batsi, Mncedisi’. It provides a quick and easy-to-use platform to submit an incident.
Contribute to enhancing respect for human rights through deterring human rights violations and combating impunity.
Help collect information and data to determine the truth as accurately and thoroughly as possible on particular allegations of human rights violations.
Champion peacebuilding initiatives that support community cohesion, including facilitating community dialogue with stakeholders and leading the implementation of livelihood projects that help solve community needs and improve social cohesion.
